All designs and products are property of Miel Café Design and designed by Giada Correale. For web or blog design, a credit to this site in the footer area is required - if removed, your website or blog will be redirected to this site.

When purchasing a blog or web design, you acquire the right to install it on one (1) website or blog. You may not share, redistribute or resell the design or claim it as your own. You may not remove the design credits in the footer.

I usually work Tuesday to Sunday from 9:30AM to 6:30PM. Working as a freelancer means my hours are quite flexible as well as my days off; however I generally take a maximum of 2 days off per week. If you don't hear from me for two days in a row this can be why.

During those hours I make my best to reply to any email about questions or issues you may have with your purchase. I have a designated working day, Friday, that I dedicate to old clients - so if you've contacted me about an issue, do lookout for a message from me on a Friday.

If you happen to see I don't reply in 48h, please feel free to send over another email as I might have not read/received your previous message.

All payments are processed through PayPal and are subject to their terms of use.

For all my custom services, refunds can be requested only if the work has not been started yet. Refund requests will be accepted only with adequate notice of at least 60 days before your booked date and only if the client already paid more than 30% of a total that is not less than 300€. The deposit quote (30% of the total or the entire total if less of 300€) used to book a slot won't ever be refunded.

I work on Blogger and WordPress. I design premade designs for both the platforms. Please check if the design you are considering to purchase is for the right platform. Platforms are stated in the design page's title. I'm not responsible for any mistake.

All my premade and custom designs are fully responsive and tested on most common browsers: Safari, Google Chrome, Opera, Firefox. As much as I test my designs on a big variety of mobile devices and browsers, variations may exist.

Collected data

I collect information from you when you purchase an item, subscribe to my newsletter, fill out a form or leave a comment on the site. When ordering or visiting my site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, billing address or e-mail address. You may, however, visit the site anonymously.

Specifically I will use these data for: sending period promotional e-mails, customising your user experience, offer you customised support, contact you in response of a message or comment, create business invoices for the services offered.

I will not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal information. This does not include third party services active on this site who allow me to run a newsletter, this entire website, and offer an immediate support, as long as they agree to keep this information confidential.

Collected data

Most of the data collected are managed through third party services as I'll cover below. The only occasions when data will be stored within this website's database is whenever you leave a comment on the blog section of the site, or whenever you place an order (this does not include payment details that are managed through third party services that will always keep information anonymous).

At the moment this data is stored in an identifiable fashion, but I'll keep it as high priority to change it to a pseudonymous fashion, a recent requirement of the GDPR, as soon as applications will have it fully implemented.

Third Party Data Processors

This website as many others uses Google Analytics (privacy policy) to keep track of user traffic. Google Analytics stores data like demographics, geographical location, devices and browsers, but none of this data personally identifies you to me. IP anonymization is activated for this website, meaning Google will crop your IP address and I have no access to the IP addresses collected. Google Analytics uses cookies, which can always be disabled on your internet browser; in this case you'd be visiting the site anonymously and Google Analytics won't be able to track your data.

I use Mailchimp (privacy policy) as newsletter service to send marketing emails, offers but also updates and exclusive contents. If you decide to subscribe to any of my mailing lists, your data (name and email address) will be stored by Mailchimp and never within this website's own database. Your email address and entered data will remain on Mailchimp's database as long as I keep using Mailchimp as newsletter service or until you decide to delete your subscription by unsubscribing via the link in the footer of each of the emails you'll receive from me. Each time you subscribe via any Mailchimp form on this website, you'll be also added to my general mailing list. However you can decide to unsubscribe anytime.

I then use Stripe (privacy policy) as main payment service. When placing an order through this website you'll be asked to provide your credit or debit card details. This data will be stored by Stripe anonymously and never within this website's own database. Stripe does not grant me any access to this kind of data.

I use Facebook Pixel (privacy policy) to track views and propose focused Facebook ads to this website's visitors or people similar to them. Facebook only tracks traffic and never shares your personal data with me.

Lastly I use Zendesk (privacy policy) to offer you an immediate support via the chat installed on this website. When you decide to leave a message in the chat, you'll be asked to enter your name and email address. Any of these data will be stored by Zendesk and never within this website's own database. I however have access to this kind of data, which will only be used to contact you in response of your message or question.

Data Breaches

I commit to report any data breach of this website’s database or the databases of any of my third party data processors to any and all relevant persons and authorities within 72 hours of the breach if it is apparent that personal data stored in an identifiable manner has been stolen.
